Spiritual Companion
What is Spiritual Companioning?
Spiritual Companioning is a one-to-one relationship in which a companion and a spiritual explorer come together to discover and discern the presence of Spirit in the explorer’s life.
Spiritual Companioning is commonly called Spiritual Direction.
For me, Spiritual Companioning is an honor in which I get the opportunity to bring curiosity, humility, love and compassion to the discovery process of another. I walk with you side-by-side. In a confidential, safe container, I hear your sacred story and witness your own process of directing and deepening your relationship with Spirit
(or whatever term you use).
Come…Sit…Breathe…
Be held in a safe, loving, sacred space
Where you direct the exploration into the Mystery of your life.
I will be there with you
Honoring whatever emerges…
Where do I experience flow, joy, or that sense of connectedness that helps me feel alive and purpose-filled?
What does it mean to bring Spirit and my spiritual-self to my work, my family, my community?
What do I experience in prayer and meditation, or how might these or other practices support me?
Together we may dive into questions like:

Whether you call your connection to something larger - God, Nature, Consciousness, Spirit, Intuition or Mystery - I will respect and honor your expression and all the unique ways it is revealed for you.
Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things break. And all things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world waits in darkness for the light that is you.
